I am a property specialist providing valuation and strategic advice to occupiers and owners of commercial property inclidng acquisitions, disposals, Landlord & Tenant matters such as rent reviews or lease expiries or renewals I advise property stake holders as an Expert Witness to provide evidence with rent review cases that are referred to an independent third party and for Court and Mediation proceedings as well as other alternative dispute resolution methods such as PACT referrals.
